Unable to use the Banking Application

We detected that your equipment isn't in compliance with the manufacturers definition of present other characteristics which may impact your security, the reason why the access to our app was inhibited.

This is the error i am facing whereas i was using the same application from years on the same phone.

Please suggest what to do in this situation.

Are you on the one ui 7 beta by any chance? That would probably cause this. Else go into samsung members, diagnostics, run them. Especially the official software check

When I switched phones and used smart switch to transfer details my banking app informed me that as it was not downloaded from Playstore it wasn't going to work. Needed to delete it and reinstall from Playstore then log back (which is more complicated than it sounds with majority of banking apps).

And when you run diagnostics you see this? Also if developer mode is on, disable usb and wifi debugging

What app is it?

Is the phone rooted
