We cannot see any update both my friend's s23+ and my s23 ultra.

There is no option please help

Because oneui7 is not even available for s23 and s24 yet lol it will probably get released in few months

But my work colleague got update beta one ui 7 he asked me to join but there is no option for that

Betas are not a universal software launch and only a limited set of devices are typically eligible. If your device is eligible, it will inform you via the members app and banner on the main page. If you do not see the option to join, it means your device is not eligible at this time. Keep an eye out to see if this changes in the coming days. Do remember that this is not an official launch OS update, so you join at your own risk.

Devices bought from carriers won't be eligible for beta, if you bought directly from Samsung and won't see banner means it still could appear later on, please note betas fills up pretty quickly.

Beta is test software.

Only download it if:

You are wanting to test new software
You are willing to feedback
You accept there may be bugs, including critical ones
Accept that beta software is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and if it causes problems on your device, Samsung will not replace your device

Don't use beta if you need a stable device and only have your one mobile

Beta should not be treated as a way to get One UI7 before others.
