Hi everyone, this was working perfectly until I changed physical SIM providers. I have now got a "phantom" SIM at the top as you can see yet I only have one SIM slot on my phone. I have tried resetting all mobile network settings. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think only 2 sims work at a time. Either both physical sims or 1 physical and 1 e-sim. But I am not confirm

Only one SIM is working at a time. Previously, I had both esim & SIM together. Now I can't. It has to be to do with the "no SIM card" at the top of the posted image surely

You might only have one 'slot', but you can usually put a sim in each side of that one sim tray. As above, you can use 2 physical SIMs' or one eSim and one physical.
