This will depend an a few things, and a quick search of the forum may have provided you with your answer.

Where did you buy your device (retailer not country)? If UK based retailer (not amazon or ebay) then your device will get the update when Samsung release it for your CSC code. We do not have a list of codes and dates so cannot confirm a date for you.

OK so I'm aware Vodafone have released the update for the S24 series but haven't myself seen anything for the S23 Series yet....
