Before when you took out the S pen. You could translate on the page. Now you copy and then paste it in Google translate. This 6.1 update has taken out a lot of features out. It's rubbish👎🏽😡

Just testing out the translation feature, which seems to be working fine. No copying and pasting, just type and it translates as you go.

No you don't me. I have a banking app. It's for AXA Banque, in France. The website, obviously, is in French. Before I would just hover my s pen or the text, I could choose 1 word or the whole paragraph. That feature is gone. ***** useful!

I've been looking up a number of French websites recently.

Early on, at the top of the screen, I got a notification asking me if I wanted the page in English.

I believe Google have made a change to make it easier so instead of having to translate, it does it for you.

So quick to complain without checking the settings.....

On my website, it hasn't got that function. I know of it. S Pen hovering translate was so useful. I translated the whole paragraph, not just the single word.

In chrome

Open the website (I.e. the French website)

Click on 3 dots top right.

Click on translate.

Select language.

Chrome will remember this and translate any (French) website into English until you tell it otherwise.

Much easier than wasting time with the s-pen isn't it???
