I usually reads book in pdf format in English but some time need to understand the meaning in my own language "Bangla". I used s-pen translation feature for this with the help of Google but it's now removed. It's totally embarrassing. Please 'Samsung' back this feature from UI-7.

I am using like that way but it's complicated. S-Pen hover function is the best while it said " Powered by Google"

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Subject: Dissatisfaction with S Pen Translate Feature Change in One UI 6.1

Dear Samsung Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am a loyal user of Samsung devices and have always appreciated the features and quality of your products. However, after updating to One UI 6.1, I noticed that the S Pen’s Translate feature, which was previously powered by Google Translate, has now been switched to Samsung Translate. Unfortunately, this change has resulted in the removal or limited support of some languages.

As someone who relies heavily on this feature for daily and work-related tasks, this transition has caused inconvenience due to the unavailability of some languages that were previously supported by Google Translate. The previous integration was crucial, and I kindly request that you reconsider allowing users the option to utilize Google Translate again for broader language support.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution for users like me. I look forward to your prompt response and hope for a quick resolution.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Best regards,

I am using S23ultra. I once again bought a phone with S-Pen to use the translation function. Please return the Bulgarian language.

It is a shame that Samsung, a large company that has sold so many of its products to the Iranian people, has now banned Persian language translation in its new OpenAI update!!!
