I bought new s23 but I can not trde in my s21 

Any idea how I can force them to accept the deal on website ??

Force them? What problems are you having? Is your phone not in the list of devices for trade in?

Looking at Samsung UK they're accepting trade in for a S21.

Did you not request trade in at point of sale? Did you send your S21 off without it meeting the required expectations of trade in IE No Software Locks?

@Members_kdHwjFS if the list of accepted handsets does not include your model then you can't Trade-in with Samsung,  however you could trade the phone in with any other relevant online or Highstreet Stores that buy used phone's,  or sell the phone to a family member or work colleague or friend.

In case if this also is not working for you, you should contact the support team and see if they can help you with it.
