Hello @sarasphotobox
When I'm discussing with a person about purchasing a phone I always try to remember to suggest they choose the largest internal storage capacity they can acquire which will better allow more storage of photo's and videos especially with the high definition options one can take and save now along with all the other important pieces of information we want to keep and store.
That and the whole internal storage space is not all available to the user with a chunk being used for the OS and some gated off for future updates.
As we can't make the storage larger than what's built in it's good to future proof the purchase so not to be having to micro manage the space we have.
I chose the 512Gb option because I also wanted the 12Gb of Ram.
So depending on your current usage and trying to guess what you'll use in the future do you think 128gb which what is available to use is enough ?

I save my snaps and videos both on my phone and in Dropbox.
It's rare for me to use my MacBook Air nowadays because I can achieve most things directly on the phone. 😃

It wouldn't matter which storage capacity in regards to battery usage @sarasphotobox
It may matter if a person is using more feature pushing camera settings !
I basically point and click 😆
