Speaker phone

When using speaker phone i twnd to get distortion at certain volume levels (not highest volume) on my s23plus. Us this normal aa im worried the speaker has a issue. But I've tried the Samsung diagnostic and both speakers work ok. Also it sometimes happens on videos on tiktok etc. But not all of them. It's this normal to have sone distortion/static like fuzz noise?

It would be typical to experience some distortion if the speakers are set high and the sound coming through the speakers have high trebles and tones @Kirstyl0u 

You could let a Samsung Service Centre take a look.

Thank you. I hope its just normal. As you can probably tell I have ridiculous phone anxiety. I appreciate all your help.

On previous phones I've noticed a difference between the two different phone apps - Google and Samsung.

I've had better results with the Samsung phone app even though I would have preferred to use the Google phone app.

Try switching to the other one and see if that clears up your problem.

Thank you I will try that. I think only the Samsung is pre installed on galaxies?
