I keep calling Emergency services, while phone is off and in my pocket have tried evert setting changed call number, but still calling help galaxy S23 FE

Enable accidental touch protection and I would also edit lock screen and remove/replace phone shortcut

It may even be the side button being caught in your pocket. Make sure the swipe to call is on. May prevent calling straight away once button has been pressed 5 times. You will find this under settings > safety and emergency > emergency sos. 1721123151042.jpg

@jakabeen9  If you wish you can disable Emergency SOS  Settings -Safety and emergency - Emergency SOS -Switch the toggle to 'Off"

However  obviously it can be desirable for your protection,  even if  current issue  frustrating.   Can you check that you have Accidental Touch Protection switched on. Go to Settings-Display-Accidental Touch Protection.  You also may wish to deactivate the Smart  Lock if that is enabled.   Go to Settings-Lock Screen-Smart Lock.   Though that feature can be useful for Trusted Places.
