My Galaxy S23 has slowed down after the February 2025 update, I immediately cleared the cache, then ran App Booster and in the last hope that it would be fixed, I went to factory reset, but it was useless, I ask Samsung developers to eliminate this problem in the next update...

and don't sacrifice the Galaxy S23 series for the sake of selling the Galaxy S25 series, I understand that this was done so that we can move on to the Galaxy S25, but I paid for this phone a year and two months ago, and it's unfair to treat your fans like this

Software bug or business policy?

I am a Galaxy S23 user and Samsung fan, and I have been with Samsung since 2013, starting with the Galaxy S4. This is my opinion, and is not an anti-advertisement.

Bro, you are aware of planned obsolescence, or maybe you are a Samsung marketing team member, because everyone knows about Samsung always using planned obsolescence to degrade older phones for the marketing purpose of new launches. I have two S23 Ultra phones: one is on One UI 5.1, and another is on One UI 6.1 with the February patch updated. I have noticed many significant differences between them. Don't fool us, okay, Mr. johnz237? I have also sent a legal notice for a lawsuit against Samsung regarding the S23 Ultra downgrade, as I have lots of evidence. I will no longer be a Samsung phone user, and I will advise approximately 800 people in my company to buy iPhones, Xiaomi, or Vivo 200 Pro instead of Samsung. They have ruined fan trust and are grabbing money.

Fool you? Marketing team? In the most respectable way you're a paranoid, uninformed Conspiracy theorist. Yes..."John"....my name?. Older tech struggles with newer features—that's how technology works—try running Windows 11 on a 10-year-old device. Beyond security reasons, there are also hardware reasons, hench why tech only gets updates for so long. In addition, technology naturally deteriorates over time.

Also—iPhone! A lawsuit began in December 2017 after Apple acknowledged that it had slowed down some Phones Apple settled the US lawsuit in 2020 for $500 million. Before you say, I'm fully aware of the lawsuits against samsung, I just find them wanting iPhone instead amusing.

Listen sir, I am also using Galaxy S23, my phone also got a bit slow after the February update but it was fixed in a day and it works very smoothly like new believe me nothing artificial for the sake of selling.

It's your choice to buy what you want, no one is forcing you to stay with Samsung, but you will come back in the end.

I don't work for Samsung and I don't advocate for Samsung, I'm a Samsung fan and this is my opinion, Galaxy S23 User
