Smart view wallet case stopped working after update

Has anyone had this issue with their smart view wallet case that stopped working??

Mine is completely gone. I close the lid and it doesnt turn off the phone, and the screen i had set up before is gone as well. 

Can anyone help? 

Ive restarted the phoen a couple of times and checked all updates. All good. 

Anything else i could try??

It only works until you turn off the phone. When you turn it back on, it does not detect the case. If you remove it from the case and put it back on it works again. Samsung should generate a solution as soon as possible.

Hi can someone help me please I got smart case for my samsung s23 fe the window was working until it the phone update and not working at working I tried resetting settings and still hasn't worked please help..

I think you need to turn off the nfc

My A34 has just had an update today and the case stopped working. Normally this tends to happen every so often and restarting the phone normally fixes it until the update today. Been looking around online for a fix and seen this. I'll admit, I was very sceptical! However, just done it and it really works! What is that witchcraft Thanks!!
