Smart view wallet case stopped working after update

Has anyone had this issue with their smart view wallet case that stopped working??

Mine is completely gone. I close the lid and it doesnt turn off the phone, and the screen i had set up before is gone as well. 

Can anyone help? 

Ive restarted the phoen a couple of times and checked all updates. All good. 

Anything else i could try??

So... somehow i managed to fix it. Basically i checked all tbe updates and everything and i was like... one thing i didnt try was removing the case and seeing if there was any dirt or anything... and actually once i put it back it started working again.... I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but worth the try 😁👍

Actually, I do have a better solution.... it was because of the NFC that was causing the apps to minimize. Once I turned it off, it didn't happen again.

I have same problem with my S23+ and S Wallet smart cover. Accessories option is missing in the settings since last March 2024 security update

Just visited Samsung Shop at Stratford Westfield and they said nothing they can do. It's probably a bug after last phone update. I need to buy new smart cover to see if mine is faulty. But I think is software related. I probably will give up with this case and buy normal bumper back protection. I am not happy at all, because I used smart cases since my old S10 device and even my older Huawei phones few years ago.

Mine has stopped working since the March 2024 update too. So annoyed. Paid a lot extra for an interactive case and Samsung just killed it!

Mine is also dead, it stopped working when I put my bankcard in my phone. Now nothing to fix it. I tried everything.
