So Google are messing with Smart Lock due to them updating the feature to Extended Smart Lock.
But rather than them update the current feature they are disabling it until they deploy the new version.
This is beyond a joke and Google is getting worse for doing these kind of things. I've been android user since original G1, but with the way they are going my next phone will probably be an Apple device unless Samsung switch from using Android to their own system.
Currently to get the Smart Lock back you need to clear the cache for Google Play Services but this solution is only temporary and what I also noticed was it messed my connection for my GW4C which had to be reset to get connected back to my phone.
