IF you are on Windows, you can make a 200 megapixel Photo in HEIF/HEIC and use Irfanview with all of its extra plugins to resize this 200 megapixel image to 2160 pixels on the short side, and upload

S23 Ultra does. By default it is pixel binning to 12 megapixels, 4x4 - totaling a group of 16 pixels, pixel binned as one pixel, also it can go 50 megapixel 2x2 totaling a group of 4 pixels, pixel binned as one, аnd can get to 200 megapixels, where each pixel acts individually, but because it is very very small pixels, it has a lot to be desired from in terms of quality, yet produces huge files. 200 megapixels doesn't really make any sense, outside of ad campaigns and 200 megapixel posters of angry cats posted in the center of Suwon (the city, where Samsung is based) as advertisement, i don't see any practical use of 200 megapixel photos. Madonna, when to expect your next hit on the music market?

200 megapixels usong HEIC format will fit the file size, it makes about 7.5 mb files on average, well within the around 10 megabyte limitation posted on the forum

a lot of MPix is suitable for sceneries, but flower shots with blurred background don't really benefit from this
