Secure folder issue

I get the error "Failed to initialize secure folder". how can i solve this?

If you are getting a failed to initialize message @emredioksit, this would imply to me that you have not set up either a lock pin or fingerprint etc. as your mode of security for your folder?. You can't put items in your folder until this is done.

I get a "contact customer service if this continues to happen" warning and the safe folder won't open.

Is your phone rooted? If yes, you won't be able to access the Secure Folder. The only way to fix this would be to send it to one of our Support Centres, where our engineers can flash the phone.
