Have you tried a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on since the update 🤔 @ranger55
There are several ways to capture a screenshot @ranger55
Such as palm swipe and pressing the volume down and power button simultaneously.
There are also options via the edge panels options that can be downloaded.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

There are a few ways that you can capture a screenshot on your S23 devices, which I have compiled below.
Method 1: Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons for 1-2 seconds until you see the edges of the screen flash.
Method 2: Swipe from the top of your screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel, and tap on 'Take screenshot'.
Method 3: Head to Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture, and toggle this option on. This allows you to swipe the edge of your hand across the screen to take a screenshot.
Method 4: Head to Settings > Display > Edge panels > Panels > Tasks (tap the circle above the panel so a tick appears) > Edit > Make sure that 'Take screenshot' is included in the panel options on the right side of the screen. If not, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select it from the 'Advanced features' options.
Head back to Settings > Display > Edge panels > Handle, and set this up to your preference. Now, you can swipe your Edge panel handle to open the Tasks panel, and select 'Take screenshot' from here.
I hope this helps.

Method 3 worked like a treat for me - quick and simple. Couldn't get Method 1 to work despite several attempts. Thanks.
