This doesn't turn on/off the display when opened/closed. Samsung tech support say there is no known issues. Today I found a work mate who has the same s23 ultra and case so we tried swapping and his phone worked with my case (hot swap no reboot) and mine didn't work with his (even after a reboot). We both have s23 256gb ultras same model name, only the baseband/build/kernel differs. My baseband ends in 5cdxe his was ***ga. 
Anybody got my baseband and the wallet case that works ?

Hello, been along time since I used such a case, but can you search in settings as there used to be some setting under accessories, but to be honest it's normally seamless.

I doubt the baseband is the issue.

You use to have to download the settings when you fit the case to your device after it came up with link.

No, I agree the baseband shouldn't matter unless but the kernel and build are different because of it. The case settings disappeared in a previous ui update apparently

I think that all went with the ui update. Because I got the phone after that it never asked. TBF you would think Samsung support would know this, but, I can quite believe that's not the case.
