I have an issue, after i bought my s23 ultra the One ui 6.0 test update just came out i tried it and ever since i got the one ui 6.0 i haven't gotten any other updates on my phone and it's stuck on One ui 6.0, i contacted the place i bought it from and they said that they need to fix it to a Samsung factory or something and it will take about 15 days to fix my phone, anyone knows how i can fix it without waiting that long for Samsung??

By test update you mean that you subscribed to 'OneUI6.0 beta testing' ?
This would have been last year about October timeframe.
As far as I was aware, when the beta finished then all those with beta software would have been sent the public release of software to overwrite the beta software.
I assume you use the phone in the region it was sold to you ? I.e. it is a UK phone and being used in the UK ?

Sure it might need some intervention. If you have a PC you can install smartswitch and attempt to update the phone with a computer and USB.

If this doesn't work then I would personally back up all your device settings and contents...and then try and perform a factory reset of the phone... and re-load all your settings and content afterwards. Perhaps these steps might be helpful.

Hi everyone, I need some advice. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that I purchased a few months ago. Unfortunately, the screen cracked the day after I bought it when it accidentally fell. Despite the crack, the phone worked perfectly fine, and the touch screen wasn’t affected.
However, after the most recent update last week (I’m in Sri Lanka), I started experiencing issues. Initially, the screen flickered slightly, then turned yellow. A few hours later, the display returned to normal, but now the phone is noticeably slower, and some touch responses aren’t working properly.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
