Samsung Shop app not loading, just opens to the following screen

Any ideas please?

Check if there is an update to the app on galaxy store or play store.

If not then long press the icon on your screen, click the small i symbol.

Select Storage and clear the cache and data

Hopefully this should resolve for you.

Seems I'm running the latest version 1.0.71, cleared cache, nothing changed. Cleared data, now seems to working. Thanks

Did you just try tapping the screen? I do know it typically displays a splash screen introduction.

I'm shocked that Samsung being a billion dollar company cannot figure out that their Samsung shop is not working I spoke to many people I googled that the Samsung shop is not working and I got a thousand replies that the same thing is happening to them, the Samsung store does not work as of July 9th 2025.
