Samsung S23 Ultra connection issue no signal

I upgraded to a Samsung S23 Ultra a few weeks ago and have just set up the phone in the last few days but away from WiFi there is no signal. I have 2 different network sim cards in and both show no connection. When within WiFi if I toggle settings it returns but as soon as I leave the house both shut off with a circle icon with a diagonal line through so it is of absolute no use to me. I have tried numerous suggestions from here and also factory reset twice. The same issue remains. 

I see many posts on here showing the same problem which seems to link to an issue with an update?

I have an appointment with EE tomorrow to see what they say about the issue. If anyone can advise further please do?

Following up on my post here, this actually doesn't seem to resolve the issue at all 😞 It seems to be somewhat random, and it has become worse over time. My brother has had the exact same issue, and both of us have different carriers, live in different states, and have the S23 Ultra. We also take pretty good care of our phones, so I'm starting to think this is coming from a bad part within the S23 Ultra. Very dissapointing - I've been a Samsung customer since 2015, and while this isn't a dealbreaker going forward, it is a red flag I'll keep in mind. I am incredibly frustrated at Samsung's refusal to even comment on this problem.

Of course it doesn't matter what carrier you have The problem is not with the carrier it's with Samsung. 

It has been well established that their latest update f***** up everybody's phone. 

Corrupted software damaged hardware meaning the antenna portion of the board. 

Samsung knows it they just won't admit it. I and my company attorneys are working working on litigation. I don't want to go any further than that because this is a Samsung forum but believe me they will pay. We have multiple attorneys across the country organizing this class action lawsuit. When the time comes I will put out an email address for all those affected and want to join in
