I upgraded to a Samsung S23 Ultra a few weeks ago and have just set up the phone in the last few days but away from WiFi there is no signal. I have 2 different network sim cards in and both show no connection. When within WiFi if I toggle settings it returns but as soon as I leave the house both shut off with a circle icon with a diagonal line through so it is of absolute no use to me. I have tried numerous suggestions from here and also factory reset twice. The same issue remains.
I see many posts on here showing the same problem which seems to link to an issue with an update?
I have an appointment with EE tomorrow to see what they say about the issue. If anyone can advise further please do?

Hello, have managed to get it resolved,? am suffering same scenario with my S23 Ultra looking for solution as well.

I had the same issue for the last two weeks. the signal show only one bar at best ( 0 bar the rest of the time) I
tried reseting the network settuings as suggested above with no success. god I hate samsung and their shitty product + awful customer support
Between dead display in pristine condition that they dont cover under warranty due to invisible crack inside, Zfold 4 hinge that fail to close after 6 month again "not under warranty" and now that : screw that company.

Install Phone by Google 54.0.330599332 or any other version from 2020 on your S23Ultra. Dial *#*#4636#*#*. Change to any nerwork mode you want. You can force LTE(4g) only NR(5g) only or whatever.

I have the same issue also, it's also depends on where you are, for example in the city center it works and I got signal, but in some places even outdoor I don't got signal. I want to return the phone since it still in the warranty but I am not sure if it's a software or hardware problem.

This worked for me!! And it seems to have even sped up my network speeds from before

has anyone found a fix for this? I have tried factory reset, switching from physical sim to eSim works periodically but most of the time when not connected to wifi has no signal with a line through it.
