I chose s23 128gb model have I done the right thing . As nowadays network provider are expensive so leave a comment. I know 256gb & 512gb has UFS 4.0

It really depends on you and if you think 128gb is going to be enough for you. Obviously more storage is going to be a better option. For some people 128gb is plenty enough. Don't forget you can pay for extra cloud storage. Usb type c Storage cards you can buy to transfer storage over, if you need to free up space.

You could always look up some reviews, see if there is a great difference in speed between the two. Then maybe decide which you would prefer to have. Do you think the 2x better will be a major noticeable difference?

Well as I use s21 plus which has UFS 3.1 seems OK il see when I receive my s23 5G
