Noise during calls when using speaker

Hi anyone experienced this issue whenever I'm on call and turn on the speaker other person can't hear my voice also from my side it starts beeping continuously very strange noise from my speaker whenever I say something. 

I have Tried master reset but noting has changed also tried to swap sim but no luck

Any help would be appreciated

What does the other person report to you in regards to the quality of the call at their end @Temur  ?

May I ask does this happen everywhere or in a particular place  ?

And is the call fine when not on loud speaker ?

You could run the diagnostic tool in your Battery and Device Care Section,  however this may not be the actual phone but instead the quality of call connection.

Other person can't hear what I'm saying my voice cuts out very badly

It happens everywhere

Call is fine when I'm not using loud speakers but as soon I turn on the speaker that's where it goes bad

I did run diagnostic tool but it did not found any fault

I face the same issue. Were you able to find a solution to this? I use the Samsung A23
