Samsung pass

I was looking through security and privacy on my mobile. When I checked my phone the Samsung pass was on it. I have tried to remove it as don't want it or have Samsung wallet either. Anyone help?

Hi, They might be both embedded, so you can't uninstall them. To check if you can uninstall Samsung Wallet, then locate the app in your app drawer and long press on it. If you get the option to uninstall it, then do so. If not, then just leave it alone. You don't have to use Samsung Wallet if you don't want to and can use Google Wallet instead.
If you don't want to use Samsung Pass, then just leave it alone and don't activate it. Obviously, if you use your biometrics with it, then you need to have it.

If you can't uninstall an app, you can check if it can be put into deep sleep which completely disables the app and removes it from menus etc. Hope this helps

You can uninstall the Samsung Wallet but for the Samsung pass I don't think you can.

I don't have the Samsung wallet. It's odd as Samsung app just appeared after looking at security and privacy. I don't think it's right that apps can just appear on my phone?
