The link from the Samsung UK website to claim cashback on a new S23 Ultra leads to samsung-offers.claims which my Norton security reports is an unsafe website: https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=https://samsung-offers.claims/&ulang=en
Can someone from Samsung comment on whether this is correct or not? Disabling Norton and going through the forms, I'm hesitating before putting in my bank details...

Hi @mman444 ! That's strange. This is the official link to claim the cashback with the S23 Ultra: https://www.samsung.com/uk/cashback-offer/
Hope that helps!

Possibly Norton being over sensitive!
I stopped using Norton for these reasons a long time ago however I also appreciate it's sensible to be cautious.
I've had no issues since claiming my £200 cashback @mman444

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@mman444 Was the link direct on the Samsung website rather than via email/text? if so seems a case of Norton being oversensitive but do need to be careful of links forwarded to you.
Some questions answered on the Samsung promotion here https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s23-series/s23-ultra-cashback-when-to-claim/td-p/7589024/...

@JAMES4578 The link was on the Samsung website (in fact on the order summary page of the shop). The link provided by @LukeB2 above generates the same Norton response. Opening in a different browser which doesn't have the Norton extension installed doesn't trigger a response from the DNS agent endpoint protection that my overly paranoid organization has installed, so I guess this is Norton paranoia as some have suggested. II'll carry on and submit my claim. Will report back if my bank account gets emptied 😉

Thanks for confirming, appears to be a Norton issue. Think you should be fine 😊

That's a scam site
The real one is https://samsungoffers.claims/
Notice the hyphen in your URL? "https://samsung-offers.claims/"
It's made to look like the real website but is not the same URL.
