Yes!!! I absolutely hate Google messages. I recently added a watch line and paired it to my main line which somehow put me into Google messages on my watch which was connected to my phone and number. Anyways, you can always download the samsung messaging app right back to your phone if it's no longer available. Right from the galaxy store. It will give you the newest update. Then just make that your default messaging app!! And you should be fine!
