Hi all, I have 6 email accounts on my S23 Ultra, all.jave been working perfectly since I set it up last July. All still receive all emails.
However last week I noticed couldn't reply to emails on one work account, now I realise I can't reply to most emails. All accounts work perfectly on my laptop on the same internet connection, have checked all server settings and all the same as my laptop.
Anyone else recently having mail issues?

Hi there, @JustAskDave.
I'd like you to clear the cache data from the Email app. Go into Settings > Apps > Tap on the sort by icon (next to 'Your apps') > Toggle on Show system apps > OK > Select the Email app > Storage > Tap on clear data.
Now, that you've cleared the data of the Email app, you will need to sign back into your email account(s). Go into Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts > Add account > Email > Choose your email account type > Enter your account information.

I was hoping not to do that! 6 different company signatures, 100 and 100s of emails... Oh well, will give it a try tonight..

OK, for anyone who stumbles across this post, yes, clearing the cache then data and effectively wiping everything from the app, then reloading all my accounts and signatures fixed the issue. What a pain that was, occurred after a recent Samsung Mail app update.
