Battery optimisation

Help in the last few days I keep getting a message to say disabled battery optimisation before I xan access my cloud account 

I've gone all through my phoe turned off auto optimisation but nothing has worked 

Can any one help

I guess that's because it will want to back up in the background - is it in deep sleep or anything?

I'm sure when any similar notifications came up for me I clicked the notification and it took me straight to the setting
