@srayns: Are you using a specific app or feature when the issue occurs, or is it random? To troubleshoot the situation, please head to Settings > Device care > Auto optimisation > Auto restart, and make sure that 'Restart when needed' and ' Restart on schedule' are both toggled off.
If they are, then please try restarting your phone in Safe Mode, as this will disable all third party apps, and help to determine if the problem is stemming from an external source.
To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.
With Safe mode active, monitor the performance of the device for a few hours, based on the frequency that you encounter the issue. If you find that the restarts/power issues no longer occur, then please restart your S23 as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore I recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.
If the issue persists in Safe Mode, and if you have submitted an Error Report via the Samsung Members app, then please keep an eye out for some feedback from our team of experts. The response won't be immediate, as the team work on a queue basis, but I can assure you that they will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can try couple of things.
Try to start phone into safe mode and see if phone will do same if not then it's most likely caused by 3rd party apps, themes etc:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
Wipe cache partition:
Turn off your phone, plug into PC, tv etc via USB Then press and hold power and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button to confirm restart your phone.
Also, you can try to use diagnostic tools in members app.
If nothing helps I suggest book a repair.

Hi @srayns 👋
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
Personally if the troubleshooting steps that have been mentioned do nkt help then id back up and factory reset but then set the phone up as new i.e not use the back up and then see what happens.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
