Samsung Galaxy S23 - how may I enlarge the SMS window.

The SMS texting window is 1 line only, so inconvient to use when you want to look at your whole text. This is about window size not font size How can the window be enlarged for easier use?

Hi, just inlarge a text message & it will automatically inlarge the message window also (Google messages)

Open the text messaging app and select a message,Just use two fingers to pinch in and out to enlarge it as your desired size

Can anyone tell me how to enlarge the window size where you type the reply?

It only shows a couple of lines, which is a  right pain when you want to double check your message before sending, and have try and scroll through this tiny reply window.

I use Google messages and you can see four lines, I think, before it starts to scroll. This is set by the developer and I'm not aware of any way to change it.

I have read that Samsung messages allow for quite a few more lines, like about 9 or 10, and essentially that 's the only solution to the question. There are other texting apps that allow for more lines in the window but you'd have to find which one works for you. I wish there was more flexibility in the Google app but so it goes.
