Samsung Emails App disappearing sent emails

Hi,
Not sure why, but I was only seeing sent emails from beginning of December in my sent emails box, I removed & added my account again & saw all the emails back as recent ones, then saw them dissappear before my eyes, I refreshed & then only saw the old one apprear again, before they disappeared in front of my eyes, this is so annoying, can someone please help me solve it.

First I'd suggest to look at any sync settings in the email account.

Hi @BandOfBrothers I've got all the sync settings on, includingbthe sent one.

@Zoesdevil: Apologies if you have already checked this, but please try opening the Email app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop-up window > Select your account > Check your Sync schedule and Sync period. If your emails are disappearing frequently, try increasing your overall Sync period, or select 'All time' to sync your entire inbox.
