Samsung Email App keeps crashing and slow

I have been using the Samsung Email app off due to issues with it constantly crashing and displaying option to 'wait' or 'close app'. 

I have tried clearing cache and uninstall options.

Does anyone else have this issue or has a solution? 

I am unsure if this is just a 'me' problem or others have the same issue.

(Before anyone suggests other email apps - I am aware I could use them but I like the option of using the Samsung own app 🙂)

May I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍 

If my Samsung email app is misbehaving then I delete the account from the app and then Reset it back up. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

I have the same issues with the app. Wait and close, it crashes and hard to search emails. I came here looking for solutions. It's really bugging me.

It's terrible. I have previously reported the issue to Samsung but was told I didn't provide enough information.

I find that hard to believe given the recent poor ratings for the app in the Play store.

I have been continuously having this problem, has anyone found a solution? Really annoying as the interface is so user friendly but the constant crashing is so boring.
