Does anyone have any experience of Samsung Care+?

I took out a policy with them at the start of February for my S23 Ultra. the policy costs £4.99 a month and should be taken by direct debit; to date no payments have been taken!

I have rang them twice, and their system shows that the payments have been made. We checked the sort code, account number and even the direct debit reference and they are all correct, but the payments being made are not coming from my account!!

Anyone else had experience like this?

Ring your bank and see what they say. Then, if need be report that info back to samsung.

Been to the bank, nothing they can do to help, the direct debit is in order, but no money has been requested.
If Care + don't sort it by next week I'm thinking of cancelling the policy and trying again. It's git me a bit stumped.

You could cancel the direct debit with your bank then that may trigger an email response from Samsung to setup another direct debit. Which will probably be easier than dealing with Samsung customer service.

Or contact the insurance company direct, I'm not sure who Samsung use but it would tell you in the policy email.

The only other thing I'd check is whether you got a couple of months free. I know when I bought my S23 Ultra they were offering the Care+ package with a couple of months free... so maybe the payment info is all set up right and they're showing it went through fine, but whoever's actually processing it had you down for a bonus?

I'm going to give it a while longer, just in case @BN44 suggestion that it may be a couple of free months turn out to be correct. If there's no solution after that I'll cancel the policy and try again.

Did you manage to get this sorted? The same thing is happening to me. They haven't took a payment for 3 months since I set it up.

I emailed them again. A payment was finally taken in May (I took out the policy in Feb).
