Hey, I'm having issues after completing the 6.1 updated.
my screen says
Welcome to One UI 6.1
I select explore
then it says advanced intelligence
I select more
then it says next
I select next
the last screen says Samsung account policies updated. To continue, agree to our updated privacy notice, but I have nothing to select. If I select to privacy notice it says 404 errors.
Can you please help me?

I wish my issue was like yours. After the update my touchpad no longer works. I have to use my S pen to make S23 Ultra function. Samsung Aust were NO help.

I can't even use my phone at all, it just stays on that screen, and I can't use it. So frustrated and Samsung doesn't even help

When I downloaded the UI 6.1 update I was connected to a wifi network, and no matter how many times I turned off and on again it didn't resolve the issue. However, once I wasn't connected to wifi anymore, but was connected to my mobile phone network I was able to get passed the "404" problem and am able to use my phone again, phew! I am also using an eSim, so not sure if that was also an issue. Anyway all working now

Hi,
This happened to me as well i just removed the sim card slot and now it's working perfectly. Phone has become ok now for me.

I walked out so I could get out of wifi physically (couldn't actually turn off wifi on my phone) and once on mobile network, I could get past the welcome screen.

Wow. This helped... I literally had to unplug my wifi box just to cut the internet off of my tablet. And it worked. I was able to by pass the error and I can use it once again. I highly recommend people to shut off their wifi and try to reset their device. It clears it right away. Thank you.

Just turn off your wifi box and then you can reset you device than that should clear. It's just stuck on wifi.
