S23Ultra Gallery - Very Low-Res Versions

Hello - 

I am using a S23U and, when downloading photos (mostly taken at 200mp) to my MacBookPro I am getting seemingly random copies of the images at ultra-low resolution (with file numbers in the range 1000xxxxx.jpg) as well as the full high-res versions.  My questions are; why is this happening and how can I stop it (as it is tedious to go through all images to delete the low-res ones)?

Are you using Expert Raw to take your images?

Only occasionally - much more often I just use the 'basic' 200mp option.  Thanks for the response, by the way.
