I travelled to London from India. On second day my S23 ultra just died suddenly after doing three four boot loops. The worst part is Samsung does not provide repair services if you are out side country. My worst experience so far. After buying an Ultra premium phone, this is the quality and support we get as samsung user. Also, the timing is also very sketchy, one month after my warranty expires the phone dies and I am sure they will tell its mother board issue and charge half the phone value !! Its sad, but disappointed that i chose to be in samsung ecosystem!! I recently bought a Watch Ultra and now just regretting my decision !!

I thought i will click amazing pictures on S23 Ultra in London but my trip has been ruined by samsung in most amazing way !! Very hard to be a loyal samsung customer when quality of premium device by brand and then service by brand for premium phone is so pathetic !!

I'm surprised with that. The S23 Ultra is a fantastic phone. Where did you buy yours from?

It is an indian variant, i came back to Samsung due to Good reviews on S23 ultra. But moving from shop to shop in london made me realize that S23ultra dying due to boot loop is pretty common and there are increasing complaints. Also, due to trusting samsung premium phone all my data on device is now gone and I have to wait till I get back to india for a repair. Its sad that a global Brand don't have global repair option.

Regional warranty is a big disadvantage for customers. When Apple is able to service across countries why samsung customers have to suffer !!

Hi @HemantSharma007

I think the timing of the phone fault is just pure unlucky. Some do think that a phone is built to stop working soon after the Manufacturer's Warranty concludes.

I've owned many Samsung phone's which have worked fine after this timescale.

Samsungs Manufacturer's Warranty is clear on it's policy in regards to support.

Something I'm well aware of after importing a Samsung Note²⁰ from Hong Kong into the UK.

Different Manufacturer's will have different Terms and Conditions due to a said region using Possibly different components to that of another region i.e soc chipsets etc.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

The boot loop issue was a big one in intial S series phones..anybody who has used samsung long enough knows it. I have all appliances and electronics from Samsung. What disappoints me is that after a decade also samsung phones have same issue they had back then !! That too a flagship device. It just pains to see that aftef spending so much this is the state of service for a customer. Samsung should own such manufacturing defects.
