I'm sorry to hear that, but they certainly didn't install Apple pay on android, because that's impossible, it was probably some fake app.

Did you install any remote access software on your phone? Sorry to hear this. How have you been hacked? Did you download anything from the Internet or click any links via email or text or by connecting to public wifi. Have you ran a scan using app protection via device care, and has it flag any suspicious app? You can also enable Auto blocker as well as turning on maximum restrictions as this provides strong protection against your phone from getting hacked.

The bank actually I think it was hacked because I received the messages from my bank and that's why I thought it was genuine so the bank but which wasn't bank called me and asked me the questions if I paid something to somewhere and I said no so they said they have to block it so they send me one time passcode to read out for them which I did and that how I have been hacked so they installed the Apple pay my bank towards wiped off no money so I straight blocked my cards and I called all the banks

Oh ok. You should never read give out a one-time passcode over the phone. As the banks, police or any organisation would never ask you money for any sort. If they asked to install apple Pay, then delete the app straight away. If the investigation is still on going with your bank. They should refund you in full.

If you don't have anything from Apple, you should have known this was scum and never responded to the email. Banks all over the world warning their customers about what they never ask through e-mails or phone calls.  Some things you can't do it without going to the bank.
