If clearing the camera cache in Settings, Apps, Camera, Storage and Clear Cache does not help then please run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app and see if that highlights anything.

Also try Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If no help then send feedback via your Samsung Members App and await a reply @Sperenz

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

Hi @Sperenz ,

do you have get any error code or messages when you try to do that? Have you checked if there are any pending updates for the phone software? You can do this from the phone Settings> Software update> Download and install

Go to Settings > Developer Options and look for Don’t keep activities. Disable that setting..

Then, clear data n cache.. its should be okay
