The discussions on the pro's and con's of the Exynos and Qualcomm Snapdragon soc has been discussed many times with lot's of theories on why we in the UK for example get Exynos in some phone's and Snapdragon soc in others.
It's possibly due to region and costs and chips available.
Exynos certainly has come on leaps and bounds.
I've owned phone's with both soc in and haven't been left wanting personally with either option.
I appreciate some don't favour the Exynos.
But then I've read posts from people who reside in the regions that have the Snapdragon option and they haven't been personally happy with their options.
A forum search will bring hits on similar posts in regards to these types of discussions.
Rumours are rife already about the next Samsung Galaxy s series of phone's and what soc they'll have but nothing official.
I don't think we will until nearer the unpacked launch event or maybe even after.
I'm sure more information on the next generation of Exynos and Qualcomm Snapdragon soc will come in good time.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

In fact it's been optimised specifically in the variant of the phone.
Personally in the last few years I can honestly say that the Exynos chipsets in the Note 20 Ultra and S devices have been great.
I know on paper listing all the specs. The Snapdragon was marginally better.
But in real world use, Exynos performs great for me.
If you are pushing your phones chipset at near 100% all the time, you'd not really see a difference in normal use

I had to think long and hard about getting the S23 Ultra.
But it just came down to the improvements in the camera specs that swayed me towards the S23 Ultra in the end.
Maybe I just had a really good Exynos chipset. But it was a brilliant phone
