Hi all, can anyone explain why after the April update my Internet banking apps crash regularly, I have two,Virgin Money and Bank of Scotland, I can log into either, do what I have to do, and log out, but as soon as I try to log in again the app crashes and I have to restart my phone, s23 ultra, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both, but no luck, anyone else having a problem similar to mine? Thanks.

Have you cleared the banking apps cache??

Yeah I have, no joy, it may be just the apps that's the problem, but unusual for both apps from different banks to be acting up like this xxx

It might be worth checking fir any updates for the app too @Case1188 

As a very last resort you could clear the data part of the app but then you'd need to reset up your login.

Sometimes deleting the app from the phone and from your MyLibrary in the Playstore can help as your then re downloading a fresh copy of the app.

All that said sometimes a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and then back On or waiting these type of issues can self resolve.
