S23 Ultra WiFi constant reconnection

Hello everyone, 

Ever since I have applied the OneUI 6 update for the s23 ultra my WiFi at home has been constantly reconnecting. 

I have tried:

Forgetting the network and reconnecting

Restarting the router

Restarting the phone

Clearing the s23u device cache

Checking for updates in settings, play store, ans galaxy store

I understand there have been issues in the past with some people and the WiFi connection on WiFi 6 networks reported in the past but I have had this phone since launch with no issues until the latest OneUI 6 update. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?

Update: a factory reset didn't work. I performed the reset and connected to WiFi but almost immediately it started to disconnect and reconnect in a loop.

I had to revert to One UI 5.1 to have a stable WiFi connection.

Same thing in safe mode. Must just be a bug with my install of one ui as I've not seen many other people say they have the same issue

After the one UI 6 update I keep getting the really slow wifi speeds and have to reboot everything to get it working again. It's really frustrating plus I never had any issues on the beta

Yep s23 ultra ui6.0 is 200 to 300meg slower than my s20 ultra running one after the other both with 1.2gig wifi connections to a 1gig Internet, also 2 to 3 times a day s23 drops wifi and uses mobile 4g won't go back without stoping wifi on phone and starting it again, whereas s20 still connected no issue at all.

I have now cleared the cash on samsung core services, secure wifi, and network unlock, then restarted phone, and so far I have been connected to wifi6 for 2 days with no drop which is an improvement

Now that the s23 ultra is stable on the wifi I fi d that on a 1.2gig wifi6 connection the s23 can only receive between 500 and 560meg where the s20 is receiving 840 to 940meg so its way slower on the wifi

I have the same problem. Right after the big update. Hopefully they are working on a fix aws.

I found out what was causing my issue.

I have a small firewall connected to my router, a Firewalla Blue. The firewalla takes all my network traffic and analyses it, to do this in a more easy way it does ARP spoofing so all devices sent their traffic to it.

I assume this must be causing issues with the s23 causing it to go into a reconnection loop when connected to my WiFi.

Everything returned to normal when I disconnected the firewalla.

It's weird there wasn't an issue with Oneui 5 or any other device on my network but I've disconnected it for now and I've had no issues since.

Having the same issue, on both Samsung S23 Ultra devices in our household (both were updated this week).  Has anyone found a fix for this issue?  Hopefully Samsung release a patch quickly.
