S23 ultra stuck with UI 6.1

Hi All,

I recently bought S23U from Ebay. It is still on One UI 6.1. Last update was an android security patch on 1st February 2025. 

Things I did

1. I checked the CSC code is CPW and it looks to be UK (where I reside). 

2. Tried samsung switch with laptop but no luck.

3. I have not done a factory reset yet.

Any thoughts on fixing this? Thanks in advance.

Checked the specs using aida64. Looks like the specs are right.

Fact that model number in service provider software version differs from reported phone model number is concerning

Yes, may be I will use odin to upgrade then.
