s23 ultra smartview not detecting LG tv

i cannot get my s23 ultra to screen share with my tv ( LG OLED65E9PLA) using the phone's smartview utility. i have had several Samsung phones in the past all connect fine and my old s20 ultra still does. My new s23 is on the same wifi, but it doesn't find any divides to connect to when i hit smartview. i have tried turning both off and in again as suggested but to no avail. any suggesting most welcome

I am having that same issue. My S23 Ultra is not locating my LG TV or my Samsung TV on smart view. My previous phone (galaxy S9) worked fine. Seems like other ppl having the same issue

I have same issue with my S23 ultra and LG webOS TV, however I did connect to my old LG TV 2 weeks ago. Is is something to do with Samsung tv app, like licence restrictions? Smart view sees my neighbours tv.

Has anyone found a fix for this? I have been having the same problem with my s23 ultra. I had the s21 5G and this still works woth my LG tv, however my s23 ultra does not detect my TV but it does pick up my neighbours TVs.

Same here. My S23 Ultra doesn't detect my LG C1 although both devices are connected to the same WiFi. However, if I disconnect the TV from my home network, it magically detects it and works fine. But it's not convenient especially when all of my other devices connects to the TV regardless if it's connected to the wifi or not.

Why are samsung not fixing this. s22 ultra and s20 work fine. S23 ultra doesn't work. So annoying, may as well sell it and move back to s22 ultra.

I don't speak english but i've a samsung s23 ultra and the same problem wirh smart view and lgoled48, but i resolved usino smart view in the samsung a53 and go, now launch smart view with s23 ultra and you see lg tv oled
