S23 Ultra screen not responsive while charging

I own a samsung s23 ultra for few weeks now and evry time i am plug it in for charge the screen becomes inresponsive and the phone is getting laggy i have tried 3 diffrent chargers 1 super fast charger from samsung 2 super fat chargers form amazon all 3 have same results.

It is so bed that i can't even use the phone once i unplug it from charging phone works perfectly fine without any issues 

Can anyone help me ?

My phone is a carrier based from three u.k

If it only happens when charging it could inadequate charger/cable

As i mentioned above i have used 3 different chargers

Charge it over night whilst sleeping.

That's not a resolve for something that i paid £1300 and i can't use it when i need it...

A soft reset solves a lot of gremlins, also the Galaxy Good Guardians app has a function to scan, repair/optimise apps

To do a soft reset

Unplug from charger
Long press Power and Volume Down buttons
Keep them Pressed until the phone shuts down and restarts
When the Samsung logo appears on startup release the buttons
The phone will restart and reload apps and services

I have had problems with said phone and I am struggling to get my money back from them as they have recy led my old phone and are giving me a much lower valuation for my phone. My s23 ultra had charging problems ,it was 3 weeks old and I returned it for a replacement. Your phone should be under warranty

I will do so tomorrow as well, if not a refund as i still have my old s21 ultra witch to be honest beats out the s23 ultra by 1 million times

My biggest regret was buying this heap of *****.i just need to find a way to get someone higher to contact them.will never go back to them again !. Hope everything works out for you
