S23 Ultra poor quality outside 🤬

Buyed before Christmas S23 Ultra and today i removed my case to clean and got shocked !!!! My phone was since day 1 after buy in an case and thats what i found thank you Samsung for this Top Quality 🤮🤮🤮

 

 As you can imagine i am not happy ... First Samsung since S7 and then this........

What make was the case? Samsung or aftermarket?

Just checked mine (first time out of the since purchase during last years pre-order)
It's fine, no marks at all. Mind you I don't peel off the plastic stuff on the edges of the phone.
I use the Samsung smart view cover, and work on building sites, boiler houses, electrical sub stations and engineering.

i actually experienced this with my s22 5g, round the bottom of the phone near the charging port there was a scratch, obviously not a big deal to me though.

When I was looking at well known brand on amazon, I seen a guy complaining that the case had scrapped the black of the top of his, he had a few photos showing it, seems its common

I wish but nope 😞 its allways cameras down in my jogging pants pocket, never dropped and i clean case once a week. So i really can not understand how .....

Negative. Funnywise are all other sides fine even the top where all the weight goes if its in my pocket 🤷🏻‍♂️

change and coins or keys in your pocket ?   Mine is a year old and looks immaculate still.   Just checking... where did you buy it ?  The loss of coating around your speaker port seems strange to me.  

I assume it is 100% genuine... bought from Samsung or a large retailer ?

No right side i have always my phone alone not even a lighter or other things. I buyed with contract from my mobile provider Vivacom and it was complete new. Normally i would not care of the looks but this will drop my selling price atleast 100-200 € and thats kinda hard to accept if you did nothing wrong. Lets see i will go to Vivacom and and Samsung Center on saturday. One of both has to give me a new phone or new frame atleast 😢
