S23 Ultra Operating System Ram Specs

Confused with S23 Ultra Ram specs.

I notice there are 256GB, 512GB and 1TB internal storage models.

But also there are 8GB and 12GB Ram specs, I am assuming this refers to the operating system Ram.

Can anyone define which models come with which Ram please.

All smartphones come with ram, it's best to look at all the models and specsl or the one you fancy buying the list is endless.

@Martingchapman: The 256GB variant of the Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with 8GB of RAM, while the 512GB and 1TB variants come with 12GB RAM. I hope this helps.

@Martingchapman  Random Access memory (RAM)  is needed for the operating system and Apps/Data in use. All  Smart phones from budget/medium Range to Premium devices have  Ram.  see some information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/mobile-phone-buying-guide/how-much-memory/

It looks as if the 512GB with 12GB of RAM is the sweet spot.
