New to Samsung and the Android operating system. I am coming from many years using an i-phone. The issue I have is the notifications on the lock screen only show small icons of the apps in a straight line (See attached pic). I am not getting brief or detailed. No matter what I do, this does not change. I can tap this line of icons and they will show up or they will show if I swipe down on them (See attached Pic), but showing this detail on the lock screen without some type of intervention is not happening.
I have the notifications set to show content and show content when unlocked. I also have the pop-up style set to brief (have also tried detailed).
Under lock screen I have the display set to details as well.
Still just the line of icons. No matter what I change, I cannot see a view of the notifications
where I can read a brief of each one.
Any ideas?
I have also had a common issue of when you go to call someone, it instantly disconnects the call. To correct you have to restart the phone.
