S23 Ultra not showing on PC

My S23 Ultra doesn't show up on PC. Has to be from the phone. Doesn't show up on 4 different laptops. My A54 shows just fine on all the laptops. 

Installed and uninstalled and installed Samsung drivers several times. Several different cables. USB debugging on and off. Link to Windows, Dex both toggled on and off several times

Connection type... Bluetooth or cable? Does the PC show up on your phone?

Cable. PC doesn't show on the phone (not exactly sure what this means)

If it was Bluetooth, then I just meant your PC would be visible in the list of available devices to connect to. As you've now said, it's a cable connection, then when you connect, are you presented with the dialogue screen as per screenshot?

Nope. Nothing happens on the PC

Okay so check your phone. When you connect to PC you should receive notification. Swipe down from top of phone screen and check. Should look like screenshot. You can tap on that notification for more options

Check your cable then. Try and find a known working cable and use that. Does the phone not even appear in PC device manager when connected?

Also...do you happen to have Developer options enabled on your phone? If so go into it and scroll down to Default USB configuration. Tap on it and toggle on Transferring files / Android Auto.

Like I said in the original comment, I've done all these. Still doesn't work

Thanks. Presumably, the phone charges fine with the cable when connected to the charger? Does it happen to charge when connected to PC?
