S23 ULTRA MUST HAVE

I suspect most of the community are aware of this, but if you own a new S23 Ultra don't forget to download camera assistant from the Galaxy store. This free app gives the full range of settings to your camera app and becomes a part of it's settings, completing them. The features on it are very useful and important as you will see in my screenshots below which show the features that camera assistant gives to your new phone and also where camera assistant fits in in your settings once downloaded.

I have it on my S22ultra when it was first brought out to use with S22 models as well as the Expert Raw app which is now already in the camera settings with the Ui5.1 update released this week. Quite useful.

It is all new to me Keith as I came to the 23 Ultra via the S21 Ultra which does not get the app. It certainly is very useful indeed. 👍

Is there much of a difference with the Auto HDR option turned on or off?

I have to say that I always leave auto HDR on @It'sBaldDave_. I will try it with it off sometime to see if there is any noticeable difference?..👍

What is expert raw, maybe a silly question, love the camera, but not sure what the best settings are and how to get the most out of it
